Career Responsibilities
Robert Garrish joined JLL in 2012 and is one of the partners in JLL Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Investment Sales team. He is exclusively focused on assisting clients in the sale, purchase and recapitalization of multifamily assets in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Experience 
Robert is intimately involved in all facets of the sales process, including marketing, financial modeling and due diligence review. Fluent in Excel, Argus and all applicable transaction models, Robert has over 15 years of real estate experience and has been involved in the sale of real estate assets valued at over $22 billion. Robert joined JLL in November 2012 from CBRE’s Investment Properties Group in New York City. At CBRE, Robert was involved in the sale of over 75 multifamily, office and development transactions including the largest single asset sale in U.S. history (Stuyvesant Town and Peter Cooper Village). Prior to CBRE, Robert was a Financial Analyst in the Asset Management Group at LaSalle Investment Management, where his team managed over 30 assets worth approximately $2 Billion.

Education and Associations 
Robert earned his M.B.A and B.B.A. with a specialization in Finance from Loyola University in Maryland.
