Bernice Boucher is a Managing Director in JLL’s Consulting group and a senior leader in the Workplace Strategy practice globally.  Her rich experience working with Fortune 100 companies and corporate real estate groups adds an additional level of innovation and thought leadership to JLL's consulting practice.

20 years of real estate, workplace strategy and change management experience

Bernice brings more than 20 years of experience in workplace strategy and change management. She is expert in advising clients on their journey from pilot to project to program, in the Americas and around the globe.

She has worked on engagements in a wide range of markets and industries, allowing her to provide clients with an informed perspective on developing dynamic work environments and alternative workplace strategies in support of their strategic goals.

Recent expertise includes business case development, leadership visioning sessions, metrics development workshops, online surveys, observational studies, focus groups, strategic briefing, space planning, design liaison, communication planning, change management, IT consulting, HR policies & procedures consulting, filing/storage reduction audits/workshops, post-occupancy evaluations, standards development, and furniture procurement and bid leveling.

Prior to JLL, she served as Director of the New York office of DEGW and as the global practice leader for the financial services sector.  Ms. Boucher has also served as the Workplace Strategist for Deutsche Bank in the Americas, and as a Workplace Consultant for Steelcase.

Bernice earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts with a Concentration in Design from The George Washington University, has attended the Executive Education Programs at Harvard Graduate School of Design, and is certified in change management by both Prosci and LaMarsh Global Managed Change.  

She is an active member of CoreNet.
