Current responsibilities
As lead of the iDesk in Silicon Valley, Kitty works to foster valuable connections between our clients and JLL's global platform. She is focused on expanding the growth of our international business across the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific regions.

Kitty enables her colleagues and clients to leverage the full strength of JLL’s international resources to successfully address their global issues and requirements across all services lines.

Kitty has over seven years of experience in corporate real estate transactions and strategic consulting.

Prior to joining the iDesk, Kitty worked on the Tenant Representation team in Madrid, Spain. During her time in this role she worked with multinational clients such as Microsoft, Sony Communications, Atos, ThermoFisher, GSK, Adidas, SAP and IMS Health. 

Her experience includes in-depth search and acquisition operations, contract negotiations, lease disposals, occupancy strategy, rent review determinations and lease re-gear projects across Spain, UK, France, Italy, and other key European markets.

Before joining JLL, Kitty held several challenging positions in the fields of legal and business consultancy. As a duly licensed attorney, she has practiced both US and Spanish law and has worked on international commercial transactions, land title disputes, corporate formation, and international immigration issues.

Kitty is fluent in English and Spanish and is a published academic translator.
