Current responsibilities
Mike Rodan oversees middle-market Occupier business development for the Southeast U.S., designs and implements strategies for the Brokerage business, and manages the industry vertical practice groups.

Corporate and business line strategy, portfolio management, tenant representation, debt and equity structuring, and real estate investment banking.

Prior to his current role, Mike led Mid-Atlantic business development for multi-market accounts. Prior, he was a Senior Analyst for Americas Brokerage in Washington, DC directly reporting to the CEO of Americas for strategic planning.

In addition, Mike consulted with brokers on large, local assignments and the Law Firm Practice Group’s portfolio clients.

Prior to joining JLL, Mike worked as an Associate at Property Capital in Washington, DC where he advised the placement of debt and equity in excess of $4 billion for commercial investment assets throughout the United States.

Mike received his B.A. in Architecture from Vanderbilt University in 2004, and earned his M.B.A. in real estate from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School in 2013.

Mike is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
