Current responsibilities 
As a Vice President for JLL, Tim Mustin specializes in the selling and leasing of Industrial Properties in the Central Valley and Northern California regions. His expertise stems from numerous assignments marketing industrial buildings, land, and multi-tenant business parks. Additionally, Tim advises institutional and local developers/investors on investment property acquisitions, dispositions, and development opportunities. Tim has worked exclusively with many regional and national companies. 

Tim works closely with our East Bay and Sacramento Industrial Groups to further the JLL brand in this critical industrial hub. JLL has reinforced its positions in the rapidly growing Central Valley industrial market. 
 
Experience
Tim has in-depth experience with regional developers and landlords working marketing strategies that drive up occupancy and reposition properties to achieve ROI goals. Additionally, Tim has worked with top clients to identify space, negotiate renewals and form lasting relationships. Some of Tim’s assignments have been with the following companies:

Education and affiliations
Tim attended University of Nevada, Reno, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. He is a Team Leader for the JLL Mavericks and Panel speaker for the Appraisal Institute Real Estate Conference. Tim was also the President of St. Anne’s School Advisory Committee from 2012 to 2013 and a Beta Gamma Sigma (academic fraternity), while attending the University of Nevada, Reno.
