Current responsibilities
Deborah Johnson is a General Property Manager and the JLL Real Estate Broker for the State of Arkansas. In this role she is responsible for accountabilities associated with two Regional Enclosed Malls with a combined square footage in excess of 1.5M.  She is also responsible for securing new leases and the management of the retail office component.  Deborah joined the JLL Retail team in August of 2005.

Deborah brings a diverse background in the commercial real estate and property management industry, having over 20 years of experience in multi-state retail management, as well as retail, office and warehouse leasing

Previous Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Deborah served as the Corporate Operations and Marketing Director for Warmack & Company, where she was responsible for the management and oversight of approximately 5M s.f. of retail space spanning 5 states, with budgets totaling over $23M.  While in this position, she managed a team of approximately 130 employees, who were responsible for the daily operations at the properties. She was also instrumental in the development and implementation of company operational and personnel policies and procedures.

Deborah is a 2007 Jones Lang LaSalle Club Award Recipient. She has also lead her teams to receive several
JLL DARE awards:
• Property Team of the Year 2007, 2013
• Sustainability Excellence Award 2008
• Excellence in Financial Management 2010, 2013

Deborah is an 18 year member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, she received her Certified Shopping Center Manager designation in 2006, and has completed the ICSC Marketing I & Marketing II Institutes, as well as the ICSC Leasing II Institute.  She holds a Texas Real Estate License as well as an Arkansas Principal Brokers License.
