In addition to representing tenants, Brittany serves as a landlord agent for some of New York City's most prestigious landlords. In this capacity, she generates tenant interest for each landlord client by targeting appropriate users for specific availabilities, persuasively and strategically marketing the space, and negotiating transactions that sync with market dynamics, the goals of her owner client and the tenant’s financial, operational and qualitative criteria.

Brittany currently acts as leasing agent for 400 Madison Avenue –ASB Capital Management, 11 Times Square - SJP Properties, 575 Lexington Avenue - Normandy Real Estate Partners, 31 West 34th Street - El Fassi Realty, 619 West 54th Street - Taconic Investments, 434 Broadway – Savanna Real Estate Fund and 15 East 26th Street – Rockrose Development Corp.

In fact, in her first year at JLL, Brittany assisted in closing over 250,000 square feet of leasing transactions. Within three years she surpassed assisting in transactions north of  700,000 square feet.

In 2013, Brittany was selected by The Commercial Observer as one of New York’s 30 Under 30 in recognition of her position as a rising star in commercial real estate.

Within her first six months in the business,  Brittany Wunsch was recognized in the Wall Street Journal for strategies in cold calling.

Brittany was recognized in the Real Estate Journal for spearheading JLL's involvement in the Leukemia Lymphoma Society on a corporate level. This fall she took part in leading the charge to raise over $18,000 by JLL for the “Light the Night” walk for LLS.

Brittany earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she was an active member of the Real Estate Club. She also obtained a certificate in French language after studying abroad at the University of Paris-Sorbonne.

Brittany is involved in several professional and charitable organizations in New York City, including CoreNet Global (Young Leadership Council), REBNY (Real Estate Board of New York), the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (Young Professional's Committee), the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (Young Professional Leadership Committee), the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association and the New York Hedge Fund Roundtable.
