Current Responsibilities
Mr. Lindenberg is a National Director on Jones Lang LaSalle’s International Desk and has recently inaugurated the latest hub in Houston, Texas.  He has twelve years of experience in the international commercial real estate industry in both Tenant Representation and Corporate Solutions. He spends the majority of his time acting as a conduit between the US brokerage business and their colleagues around the globe. By leveraging the team’s depth and breadth of expatriate experience, the iDesk provides global oversight by implementing a host of best practices on international projects. They are considered to be a key resource to identifying, structuring and executing multi-regional real estate portfolio transactions within the Jones Lang LaSalle platform.

Prior to moving to Houston, Mr. Lindenberg worked on the International Desk in Washington, DC for three years. He also spent five years working in the Latin American corporate offices located in Buenos Aires and Santiago. He was the Chile Office Lead, responsible for project oversight as well as consulting, valuation and transactional projects across the region.  His experience includes transactional work as well as business development in both Latin America and the United States.  He played a key role in analyst training, multi-market research, bilingual client deliverables, office budgeting and revenue forecasting.  During his tenure, he was also the regional transaction manager for Cisco Systems, Procter & Gamble as well as Philips. Some of his past clients include Xerox, Microsoft, the General Services Administration, Bayer, Booz & Co., Shell, Merck, NCR, Hilton Worldwide, MetLife and Vinson & Elkins.

Education and Affiliations
Mr. Lindenberg graduated cum laude from Georgetown University, double-majoring in Finance and International Business and minoring in Spanish.

Mr. Lindenberg is fluent in English and Spanish.
