​Current responsibilities
With a strong attention to detail Kevin has developed strategic plans to help his clients understand the technical and financial complexities of the market. Kevin has completed just over three million square feet in industrial properties with a total consideration in excess of $44M. Prior to JLL, Kevin was with Cushman & Wakefield.

Kevin Kriesien joined JLL with over nine years of experience specializing in industrial and flex properties. Working closely with local, regional and national clients, Kevin has been able to add valuable expertise to companies as they assess their real estate needs. His experience includes landlord and tenant representation, corporate advisory services, and owner-user sales.​
