Current Responsibilities
Toss Vallentine is a Vice President at JLL where he specializes in representing landlords successfully lease, and/or sell their commercial property in the Silicon Valley area.  His career has spanned more than 10 years, and consisted of approximately 3 million square feet totaling over $500 million in deal volume.  Other accomplishments include Rookie of the Year, being awarded the Power Broker award by CoStar Group numerous years, and Agency Leasing Broker of the Year.

Toss began his career in commercial real estate at Grubb & Ellis in 2006.  In 2012 he joined JLL, and in 2015 Toss joined the Silicon Valley Agency Leasing Team as a partner.

Education and Affiliations
Toss attended Texas State University at San Marcos where is received a Bachelor of Business degree and also holds a California Real Estate Sales Agent’s License.  Toss has been a Leukemia & Lymphoma “Man of the Year” for many years and has been nominated for the BOYA Humanitarian if the Year. He currently lives in Los Altos with his beautiful wife and two children.
