Our people

Clyde Rawlings is currently responsible for overseeing the marketing and leasing efforts of approximately 2 million square feet of quality office space in the greater Sacramento market.  Clients have included: Agilent Technologies,  AT&T wireless, Mutual of Omaha, NEC, Delta Dental Plan, Heald Colleges of California, Verizon Wireless, Schnitzer Steel, PathLogic Labs and VSP Global, among others.

Experience
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle in 2012, Clyde was an office specialist with Grubb & Ellis Company. There he was responsible for the leasing and sale of over 589,000 square feet over a 24 month period. He ranked in the “Top 100” agents nationwide, and in the “Top 5” locally for eleven consecutive years, including Top Producer Honors for 1997, 2001 and 2009. 

In 1999 earned the prestigious title of Senior Vice President for outstanding performance.  Clyde was nominated for Sacramento Office Broker of the Year in 1994, 1996, 1997, 2001, 2003, 2006, and 2009.  He also earned the “CCIM” Designation in 1999 as a member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. 
 
Previously, he held a variety of marketing positions for the Xerox Corporation in Northern California and Nevada.  As a Senior Marketing Executive, he received three President's Club awards and was the 1986 Sacramento District's Most Valuable Player for sales excellence.
 
Education and Affiliations
Clyde earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration - finance and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from California State University Chico.
