Current responsibilities
Jeff Adkison is an Executive Vice President in JLL's Development and Asset Strategy group within the JLL Capital Markets Group.

Jeff specializes in land and underutilized real estate assets. He advises client’s on assets ranging from high value urban core locations of less than one acre to large-scale parcels in excess of 50,000 acres. Jeff brings more than 20 years of real estate experience in markets throughout North America.

Prior to joining JLL he was an institutional real estate investment and development executive with Mitsui/SBD Properties.

Experience
Jeff has recently been managing the West Coast efforts of the distressed asset recovery and REO portfolio for a large Midwest bank. This portfolio consists of a portfolio of large tracts of commercial and residential land and development projects.

Jeff has facilitated development, underwriting and capital structuring on transactions having spanned all major asset classes of land, office, industrial, retail, multi-family and hospitality facilities. Jeff also has substantial experience advising institutional clients on portfolio land development and acquisitions.

Education
Jeff holds a B.A. in economics from the California State University at Fullerton and is a licensed real estate broker.  He is a member of ULI (Urban Land Institute).
