Lee Fittipaldi is a Senior Associate of Industrial Services at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he is part of a dedicated industrial team providing a range of services throughout the Pennsylvania market including agency leasing, tenant representation, sales, and site selection.

 

Experience
Lee Fittipaldi has developed a broad and comprehensive professional career in real estate within the Mid-Atlantic region and Northeast US. Lee began his career at Jones Lang LaSalle leading industrial research and providing strategic insight on all aspects of the Philadelphia industrial market including active tenant requirements, development activity, and recent investment and sale activity. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Lee worked at Endurance Real Estate Group as an Asset Management Analyst. There he coordinated due diligence activities for industrial, retail and office real estate acquisitions and development in the Mid-Atlantic markets and supported tenant improvement activities. 
Prior to joining Endurance Real Estate Group, Lee worked for over ten years as a project manager in land development, site construction, and sustainable building practices in both the Washington DC/Baltimore and in Philadelphia/Southern New Jersey regions.  While in this role, he coordinated closely with design consultants, municipal representatives, and clients for the successful approvals and completion of commercial and residential land development projects.

Education and affiliations
Lee is a two-time alumnus of the Pennsylvania State University where he completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor degree in Landscape Architecture.  During his MBA program, he shared a network of regional executives and real estate professionals and studied abroad in Istanbul, Turkey where he met with the Turkish Central Bank to review and discuss Turkey’s monetary policies.  Additionally, Lee lived and studied in Rome, Italy as part of Penn State’s architecture program, Sede di Roma.  While there, Lee worked with local design counsels to map urban environments and develop comprehensive urban plans in Rome and Ostia. Lee is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
