Our people

Current responsibilities 
As a Regional Manager for Property Management in JLL’s Rocky Mountain region, Paul Schloff oversees the management business in Colorado and Utah. He is responsible for the delivery of consistently high quality management and accounting services to clients for an 11 million square foot portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties.  He oversees a team of 120 employees including managers, accountants, administrators and engineers.

Experience
Paul has been with JLL’s Property Management division for 20 years. Prior to his current assignment in Denver, he was based in Chicago where he served as the General Manager for several office towers, including the Aon Center, One South Wacker, 500 West Madison, 135 South LaSalle and 30 North LaSalle. Additionally, he also served as Group Manager for Suburban Chicago where he was responsible for oversight of property management for 16 properties totaling 3.2 million square feet. Prior to joining JLL, Paul worked in the telecommunications and information technology field.

Education and affiliations
Paul has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Dayton. He also obtained a Certificate in Service Quality Management from Motorola University and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Paul is a licensed real estate professional in Colorado and has been a member of BOMA since 1996.  Paul co-chairs Denver BOMA’s Government Affairs Committee that is responsible for advocating on legislative issues that are critical to commercial property owners in Colorado.​
