Current responsibilities 
As Senior Vice President – National Director with JLL’s Corporate Solutions group, Grant Lomas currently serves as the Account Director (CRM) on the Intuit account and chairs the western regional IFM leadership meeting for the western account teams.  In this role, Grant brings a track record of leading successful real estate and construction initiatives in a variety of environments across the health care, aerospace and technical service industries. He also works directly with the JLL leadership teams to support a variety of broader initiatives across the firm.     

Client Relationship 
Previously, Grant supported the Sun Microsystems account as the Americas Client Relationship Manager. He also spent over two years as the Americas Operations Lead on the Intel account where he managed a portfolio of 30M square feet. 
Prior to joining JLL, Grant served in Corporate Real Estate Director roles for StarTek, Boeing-Jeppesen, Teletech and FHP Health Care. He led multi-disciplined real estate and project management teams to deliver site selection processes and corporate campus consolidations, and received the President’s Award while at Boeing-Jeppesen for directing a large-scale real estate consolidation project in Frankfurt, Germany. He was also accountable for global transactions and cost savings initiatives. 
Grant’s background in operations, real estate, facilities management, contracts and risk management is a key differentiator in the industry. His teams have managed global transformational change that resulted in world-class client referrals.

Education and affiliations
Grant holds an M.B.A. and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from CSU Dominguez Hills, CA. He is a member of NACORE real estate organization and serves on the Board of Trustees for Escuela de Guadalupe inner-city school.  Grant and his wife Maureen also support the local Denver Rescue Mission.
