Current responsibilities
Bill Byrne is responsible for representing office tenants in facility and site acquisition, disposition and portfolio management. His responsibilities include marketing, strategy, advisory and implementation, with special emphasis on financial analysis and leading lease reviews / negotiations. His well-developed technical knowledge of the real estate process gives him a broad understanding of the important principles that must be incorporated into a transaction.

Experience
Bill has 17 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, including 12 with The Staubach Company and two with Grubb & Ellis, prior to joining JLL in its 2008 merger with The Staubach Company. He was an office principal with The Staubach Company’s Front Range division, where he played a key role in the company’s strategy and development.

•    “Team Player Award” and “Top Producer Award” numerous times while at The Staubach Company’s Front Range division

Education and affiliations
Bill studied communications at the University of Colorado, Boulder. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the Denver Metro Commercial Association of REALTORS®. He is a founding board member of The Sanger Foundation, a charitable organization that helps offset medical expenses required to care for individuals with extreme financial need. He also participates in and supports Brokers Benefiting Kids, Big Brothers Big Sisters and Children's Hospital of Denver.
