Career Summary

Bruce Miller co-heads the Capital Markets group in Chicago. He focuses on dispositions and recapitalizations of office assets located in Chicago and throughout the Midwest. He has sold properties with total value in excess of $15 billion.

Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Miller was an investment broker at Frain, Camins & Swartchild, Inc. in Chicago, where he sold CBD and suburban office buildings, industrial complexes and retail properties. Mr. Miller also worked at Fifield Development Company, where he acted as an assistant project manager on several office and retail developments.

Education and Affiliations

Mr. Miller received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business with a specialty in finance and a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics and graduated with highest distinction from the University of Iowa. Mr. Miller was the recipient of the Greater Food Depository Award for Investment Broker of the Year in 2008, 2012 and 2015, as well as the 2012 NAIOP Office Investment Transaction of the Year Award. In 2017, Mr. Miller was named to Crain's Chicago Business 'Most Influential Commercial Real Estate Broker in Chicago' list.
