Our people

Nikki’s current assignments include the leasing and marketing with her partners of 222 South Riverside Plaza (DB/RREEF) and 101 North Wacker (LIM) in the West Loop, 33 North Dearborn and 33 West Monroe (AmTrust) and 180 North LaSalle (Callahan Capital Partners) in the Central Loop.

Nikki has worked in commercial real estate for nearly 15 years with 10 of those years at JLL. During the past decade, she has completed more than one thousand transactions of varying sizes and levels of complexity. She has experience leasing Class A trophy-style buildings, as well as small boutique-style buildings, and averages 400,000 square feet of leasing per year.  

Nikki is currently leading leasing during a $40M repositioning process with ownership of 222 S Riverside Plaza, creating value with the addition of market-leading amenities and modernized finishes. Her team has completed approximately 150,000 square feet of leasing at the property to-date in 2016, with rental rates significantly higher than when ownership purchased the building in early 2015.

Her recent tech experience includes a renewal/expansion of IBM for 55,000 square feet at 222 S Riverside; a new deal with Zones for 25,000 square feet and an expansion of AOL by 25,000 square feet at 233 N Michigan; and a new deal with Abundant Venture Partners for 32,000 square feet at 111 E Wacker. 

Nikki graduated with honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor’s degree in finance with a concentration in real estate. She is an active member of the Chicago Office Leasing Brokers Association (COLBA) and has been a Gold or Top Achiever at JLL for the past seven years.
