Current Responsibilities
Robert Bull joined Jones Lang LaSalle as an Executive Vice President in May 2011 and will be based in the firm’s Metropark, N.J. office.  With over 28 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Bull has significant expertise in strategic planning, lease negotiations, portfolio account management and transaction services.  In his career, he has consummated more than 7.5 million s.f. of transactions on behalf of occupiers.  Mr. Bull provides consulting and tenant representation services involving leasing and subleasing transactions and has negotiated on behalf of corporations in various industries both locally and nationally.

Experience
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Bull served as an Executive Vice President at Studley. One of his most notable clients is AAA Mid-Atlantic Inc., in which he represents the firm’s real estate requirements in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Washington DC.  To date, he has negotiated transactions in excess of 1.7 million s.f for AAA.  On behalf of clients, he leverages his extensive knowledge of the marketplace and the trends affecting these markets to negotiate and secure favorable transaction results.

Prior to joining Studley, Mr. Bull served as an advisor and broker for 11 years at Joseph Hilton & Associates, Inc., a tenant representation firm headquartered in Manhattan, eight years of which he was co-manager of its Princeton office.

He has been recognized by Real Estate New Jersey as a Commercial Broker All-Star and Co-Star as a Power Broker in each of the last five years. 

Education
Mr. Bull graduated from Gettysburg College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.
