​​Current responsibilities
Based in the Chicago office and with more than 17 years in the commercial real estate industry, Peter specializes in office investment sales for institutional and corporate clients as well as private owners of real estate.

Peter develops and executes sales strategies to provide the best outcome for his clients in addition to supervising all aspects of the group's pre-marketing due diligence, underwriting and offering materials production processes.

During his career, Peter has represented domestic and foreign institutional owners, REITs, private investors and developers in the acquisition or disposition of office, industrial, retail and hotel assets.

He also worked in the Corporate Finance Group in JLL's London headquarters in 2002 and 2003, where he worked on the sales of development companies.

The majority of Peter’s career has been focused on office and industrial capital markets, having closed 23 million square feet of office transactions totaling $4.6 billion and 58 million square feet of industrial transactions totaling $2.6 billion.

In total, Peter has closed over $9 billion worth of capital markets transactions.

Peter was the recipient of the Greater Chicago Food Depository 2007 / 2008 Investment Broker of the Year award.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University.
