Career Summary

Based in the Chicago office and with more than 21 years in the commercial real estate industry, Peter co-heads the suburban office investment sale practice for JLL in the Midwest. Peter develops and executes sales strategies to provide the best outcome for his clients in addition to supervising all aspects of the group's pre-marketing due diligence, underwriting and offering materials production processes.

During his career, Peter has represented domestic and foreign institutional owners, REITs, private investors and developers in the acquisition or disposition of office, industrial, retail and hotel assets. He has also worked in the Corporate Finance Group in Jones Lang LaSalle’s London headquarters, where he worked on the sales of development companies. The majority of Peter’s career has been focused on office and industrial capital markets, having closed more than $11 billion worth of capital markets transactions.

Education and Affiliations

Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University and was the recipient of the Greater Chicago Food Depository 2007/2008 Investment Broker of the Year award.
