Current Responsibilities
Bob Telepak is a Vice President for the Project and Development Services group in the Philadelphia office. Bob provides project management and development management services to major corporate clients throughout the Northeast Region.  Bob has recently been engaged in a large campus expansion for Educational Testing Service in Princeton, NJ; a 170,000 square foot immunotherapeutic manufacturing facility for the Dendreon Corporation in Morris Plains, NJ; and a 175,000 square foot corporate relocation for CSX in Jacksonville, FL.

Experience
With over 40 years of experience in construction, project administration, development management and real estate finance, Bob’s comprehensive background provides clients with an experienced professional who understands all components of real estate development.

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle in 2008, Bob was a Vice President for the Design and Construction Consulting Services group at The Staubach Company.  Notable client projects completed during his tenure at The Staubach Company include: Fannie Mae’s Philadelphia Regional Headquarters; Korn/Ferry International’s Philadelphia Regional Office; Patterson Dental’s Regional Distribution Center; CBS/Viacom’s Philadelphia High-Definition Broadcast Studios; T-Mobile’s Allentown, PA call center; Cricket Communication’s Philadelphia Administrative Offices; and AIG’s Philadelphia Regional Headquarters.
Prior to joining The Staubach Company, Bob was a Vice President of Development Services for Trammell Crow NE, Inc., where he provided full build-to-suit services for such prestigious clients as Educational Testing Services, the Nine West Group, the University of Pennsylvania and First USA/Bank One.  He has also previously owned and operated his own construction management/consulting firm and has held senior level management positions with two large financial institutions in their real estate divisions. As manager, Bob led a department of 30 professionals and oversaw construction lending operations with an annual volume of $350 million.

Education and Affiliations
Bob earned a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Case Western Reserve University.
