Current responsibilities

Tyler is a market-leading industrial real estate advisor for JLL, representing developers, institutional landlords, owner/ users, and corporate tenants looking to acquire, develop, lease, and dispose of industrial real estate.  He is also a member of JLL's Supply Chain and Logistics group, providing strategic solutions to corporations, institutional owners, developers, REITs, logistics providers, and transportation companies helping them improve speed to market, provide cost and risk reduction, and maximize location and labor requirements. Tyler helps clients optimize their real estate solutions by gaining a solid understanding of their needs and then applies a full economic and physical assessment to each unique situation.

 

Experience
With over thirteen years of experience and focus on the industrial market, Tyler has helped give JLL a stronger overall presence in the Pacific Northwest. He has completed sale and lease transactions just under 45 million square feet in industrial and flex properties with a total consideration in excess of $235M.  Tyler's real estate experience is enhanced by seven years in international sales and business development in soft goods manufacturing.
