​​​​​Current responsibilities
Zach Anderson serves as Vice President in JLL's Tenant Representation Practice Group, where he is responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships.  He advises clients in the development and execution of real estate plans, working to properly align occupancy costs with operational efficiencies.  Combining in-depth market knowledge, financial analysis skills and a strong understanding of qualitative real estate terms, Zach assists clients in achieving optimal lease, acquisition and disposition solutions.

Experience
Zach brings over 12 years of real estate experience.  During his career, he has completed hundreds of transactions in excess of seven million square feet.

At JLL, Zach has completed transactions on behalf of space occupants throughout the Minneapolis – St. Paul metro area as well as markets outside of Minnesota.  He has gained significant transaction experience in various industry sectors including technology, professional services, distribution and manufacturing. 

Prior to joining JLL in 2011, Zach was with Paramount Real Estate Corporation, a boutique commercial real estate firm in Minneapolis.  During his time at Paramount, Zach represented both tenants and landlords – a background that allows him to thoroughly understand both sides of a transaction.

Education
Zach holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Concordia College, in Moorhead, MN, graduating cum laude.
