Industrial Property Management

​​Current Responsibilities
Mrs. Kupperman is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of industrial/flex properties in the Tampa Bay and Orlando markets.  Mrs. Kupperman’s duties include overall bottom-line accountability, as well as planning and implementing strategic initiatives for the assets.  She is also responsible for all day-to-day operational activities of the assets, as well as development of all tenant, vendor and contractor relationships.


Experience
Mrs. Kupperman has 14 years of experience in both commercial and residential property management specializing in industrial/flex properties.  She has extensive background in budget preparation utilizing Kardin, Yardi, Excel, and MRI. She has coordinated several tenant improvement and capital projects including complete exterior renovations in excess of $1 million.

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mrs. Kupperman was the Senior Portfolio Manager for Colliers International overseeing a portfolio of nearly 4 million square feet in the Tampa Bay and Ft. Myers markets.  Mrs. Kupperman was also named Property Manager of the Year in 2007 and 2008 by Colliers International and was Chairperson of the Policy & Procedure Task Force.

Mrs. Kupperman has represented private and institutional clients including INVESCO Real Estate, KTR Capital Partners, Hudson Advisors, Rosemont Realty, RREEF, Walton Street Capital, AIC Ventures, and James F. Knott Realty. 

 
Education
Mrs. Kupperman graduated from University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a Minor in Economics. Mrs. Kupperman is a LEED Green Associate and has attended numerous training seminars including Kardin Budgeting, Client Engagement, Disaster Preparedness, and Fire Protection/NFPA Codes. Mrs. Kupperman also holds a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license.
