Current responsibilities
Suzanne is responsible for driving business and product development for services and new products within Lease Administration globally. In this role, she works closely with senior leaders on strategic growth initiatives to ensure JLL is the market-leader in in Lease Administration, including U.S. Markets, Corporate Solutions and industry verticals (Healthcare, Retail, Life Sciences and Technology Solutions).

Suzanne is also responsible for delivering new initiatives to grow the Lease Administration business globally through developmenting and implementating special projects, new products and innovations across the service line.

Suzanne is a member of the Global Lease Administration specialty board and the Americas Lease Administration Executive Committee.

Before assuming the Global Growth & Product Development lead role for JLL’s Lease Administration practice, she led the firm’s Americas Lease Administration business, overseeing all aspects of delivery, client management, transitions, operations, sales and quality control for the Americas platform.

Prior to joining JLL, Suzanne was a Senior Vice President, National Director with Grubb & Ellis, where she was responsible for the delivery of the client accounting and lease administration deliverables for corporate investors and occupiers, including property and facility management clients, as well corporate solutions clients, and the SOC 1 control environment. Previously, she was a Senior Financial Analyst with CBRE, responsible for developing and delivering services and technology for corporate clients.

During her tenure at Grubb & Ellis, she was the recipient of several prestigious recognitions, including the Bottom Line Impact Award, Circle of Excellence, Excellence in Personal and Team Development, and the Star Performer Award.

Suzanne graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with an Bachelor of Arts in Communications.
