Current responsibilities
Suzanne MacLennan is the Executive Vice President, Americas Director of Lease Administration, leading the team providing data management to full scope lease administration services for 14,000 corporate sites and $3.1 billion in managed spend in the Americas. 

She is responsible for driving new client intersections to lease accounting remedies and optimizing strategic service delivery for the firm’s corporate client base and serves as the Global Lease Admin iStream Review Board Chairman, and as a member of the Global Lease Admin Specialty Board.

In addition, she oversees the Global Lease Administration Compliance and Americas Lease Audit and Transitions teams, as well as the firm’s Lease Administration hubs in Pittsburgh and Dallas.  She also manages the teams embedded with our clients to drive efficiencies, best practices and ensure ongoing SSAE No. 16 compliance.

Suzanne brings with her more than 24 years of experience in property and facility management accounting, lease administration operations and application support and training.

Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President and National Director, Client Accounting and Lease Administration at Grubb & Ellis. In this role, she was responsible for documenting and enforcing the company’s client accounting policy and procedures, providing leadership to the accounting and lease administration organizations, and supporting strategic planning and decision making in all aspects of client accounting and lease administration operations. 

She also managed the regional controllers and the director of lease administration services to deliver quality client accounting and lease administration services to their clients.

Prior to Grubb & Ellis, Suzanne was a Senior Project Manager with CB Richard Ellis.

During her tenure at Grubb & Ellis, she was the recipient of several prestigious recognitions, including the Bottom Line Impact Award, Circle of Excellence, Excellence in Personal and Team Development, and the Star Performer Award.

Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
