Matt has experienced rapid success in becoming one of the top deal makers in Downtown Chicago. He has been the recipient of the covenant “Crain’s Chicago Business Broker of the Year” four times. Matt's work ethic, integrity and loyalty to clients has been the driving force behind his success in finalizing deals of over 2.5 million square feet in Downtown Chicago with transaction value exceeding over $4 billion. ​

Matt's strategic focus ensures that his client's real estate strategy is aligned with business objectives. His foremost objective is to assist the users devise and implement real estate strategies that increase profitability and achieve long term business success. Matt has advised clients ranging from 2,000 square feet to more than 600,000 square feet in a wide array of complex transactions. Clients benefit from his extensive background in financial modeling and analysis, lease restructuring and negotiation, and intimate market intelligence.​
