Bruce Kimbrew is a Managing Director with JLL’s Corporate Solutions Group and holds dual roles; Western Region Account Director and Intuit Client Relationship Manager (CRM). As a Regional Account Director, he is responsible for the management, oversight and business development for several national accounts headquartered in the Bay area. He ensures that the implementation of best practices and successful delivery of all JLL services on these accounts meets the expectation of the clients. Clients include Yahoo, Clorox, Autodesk, and Intuit with a total portfolio in excess of 10 million s.f.

ExperienceWith over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry Bruce has held a number of key senior level positions, the most recent being the project lead for the Retail Platform on the Bank of America account. He was responsible for all aspects of design and construction, with an annual capital budget in excess of $500,000,000 and a national team of over 100 professionals located in 10 states.
Prior to joining JLL, Bruce was the Operations Manager for Silicon Graphics (SGI), where he was responsible for the daily interior and exterior maintenance of a 29-building, 1.5 million s.f. campus.
In previous years, Bruce was the Real Property Manager/Chief Resource Management for Onizuka Air Force Base, where he was responsible for managing the planning and estimating, purchasing, and material controls departments.
