John Leddy is an Executive Vice President for JLL based in Charlotte, NC. In this role he serves as Chief Operating Officer for our Bank of America Account responsible for driving operational effectiveness and strategic vision for our dedicated 1,200+ account team. John has direct oversight of our account operation, business intelligence, technology, finance, and PMO teams.
Mr. Leddy is committed to providing JLL's clients with excellent service and value creation aligned with his client's objectives.
Mr. Leddy has 23 years of Real Estate Industry experience, with broad experience delivering real estate solutions to his clients. His success is based on his ability to build strong relationships and deliver positive results.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Leddy led our Corporate Solutions Carolinas Region, responsible for providing leadership and service delivery for 12 accounts within the region. He led new growth opportunities and successfully renewed and expanded 100% of his client contracts, resulting in 68% revenue growth and 191% profit growth.
Mr. Leddy has also served in Account Executive roles for Duke Energy and Gramercy Property Trust, Inc. In these roles, he managed property portfolios that included bank branches, office buildings, warehouses, and data/operation centers, totaling over 25 million square feet across the US. He led large account teams consisting of property and facility managers, operating and mobile engineers, project managers, and support personnel providing lease administration, strategic sourcing, technology, and accounting services.
Prior to JLL, Mr. Leddy spent seven years with The Trammell Crow Company in Seattle, WA where he held various roles in finance and accounting.
Education and affiliations
Mr. Leddy is a graduate of Central Washington University in Ellensburg, WA where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the College of Business. He is a member of CoreNet Global and current serves on the Carolinas Chapter Board of Directors as part of their executive leadership team.
