Current Responsibilities
Terry Walton is the Client Relationship Manager for the Tesco Stores portfolio. As manager, he directs a multi-function team supporting this global retailer in the fast-paced rollout of their Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Markets throughout the Southwest. Team responsibilities include Asset Management, Accounting Services, Energy Management, Maintenance and Refrigeration System Management.

Experience
Mr. Walton has extensive real estate experience in Industrial, Banking, Retail, and Entertainment industries.  His duties have included developing integrated facility management programs for aerospace operations, critical environment data centers, bank branches and cash vaults, shopping centers, movie theatres, and others. He has also led a number of renovations and tenant improvement projects as large as 200,000 s.f.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Walton was the Area Manager for Southern California, Operations, responsible for management and support of a diverse portfolio of corporate clients headquartered throughout the state. Before joining the firm, he held a variety of positions in the shopping center industry, including General Manager of several shopping malls and Leasing Manager. Previously, Mr. Walton was a police officer and supervisor in Western Pennsylvania.

Education and Affiliations
Mr. Walton holds a degree in Administration of Justice from Citrus College. He also received professional certifications from the Pennsylvania State Fire Academy and the Allegheny County Police Academy.  He was awarded the designation Certified Shopping Center Manager from the International Council of Shopping Centers in 1999.
