Current responsibilities
Tom currently serves as the Program Director for AMC Theatre’s national renovation and new construction program where he is responsible for overall management of the client relationship; establishing and refining program processes and leadership of a 14 person project management team. The AMC program includes; Dine-in theater conversions, major renovations of the auditoriums, concessions and public areas; addition of MacGuffin’s themed bars, and ground up new construction. All renovation work is performed on facilities that remain open to the public.

Tom joined JLL in 2006 as the Core and Shell Oversight Manager for the 2.1 million SF, LEED Platinum, Bank of America Tower in New York City.

Prior to joining JLL he was a Project Manager with Mid-America Asset Management where he was responsible for the renovation and development of over 1 million sf of retail real estate. 

Tom started his real estate career as an Architect with Shive-Hattery Inc., focusing on the design of retail department stores and lifestyle centers.
