Current responsibilities
Gina advocates for approaches enabled by new technologies and drives technology needs for JLL's America's marketing organization while also acting as the regional representative for global requirements. An emphasis on innovation, Gina develops national content and messaging to position JLL as a tech-enabled firm.

Years of experience
Gina has over 15 years of experience in marketing and design, 11 of which are in corporate real estate.

Before she focused on marketing technology needs, Gina was the National Director of Marketing of JLL’s Tenant Representation group, the largest grossing business line and sales force. She was responsible for defining JLL's sales culture and voice through industry-focused research, trending thought leadership and value-driven business development content.

Prior to the merger with JLL, Gina worked as the lead marketing designer for The Staubach Company Northeast region spanning six states. Her work was heavily focused on business development, partnering with sales teams to create targeted materials for occupier prospects and clients.  She worked on a team of copywriters, marketers and researchers to developed creative and was responsible for art direction and all project production.

Before she worked in commercial real estate Gina was an Art Director at Grey Rambusch, a B2B Adverting Agency in Boston. She developed marketing and advertising strategies in partnership with Gray & Rice Communications firm. She developed and managed creative from concept through production in both print and digital mediums and a key player in new business generation.

Gina received a B.A. in Visual Communication with an emphasis in Marketing from the Loyola University Chicago.

Gina is on the national board of the JLL Women’s Business Network helping to attract, develop and retain professional women at JLL as well as responsible for developing policies and procedures around women's issues in the workplace.
