Current responsibilities
Robert Franks is an Executive Vice President specializing in retail tenant representation in the Dallas/Southwest market. In his role, he manages both high growth new store rollouts and existing store portfolio management. 

He performs market analysis for new stores and relocations, conducts corporate site tours, negotiates letters of intent and works to ensure that store openings are timely and within budget.

As an extension of clients' internal real estate departments, Robert is responsible for efficiently managing their real estate portfolio needs and ensuring strategies are aligned with their business objectives. 

Robert has over 12 years of corporate retail real estate experience at the national and regional level, and has been with JLL for over five years.

Prior to joining JLL, Robert worked as a Real Estate Manager with FedEx Office, during an extensive growth stage in which they opened over 500 stores. His additional experience includes working as a Development Manager at Blockbuster Inc. and Rhino Video Games.

Robert received a bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Florida. 

He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the University of Florida Friends and Alumni of Real Estate Association (UF-FARE) and the National Eagle Scout Association.
