​​​Current responsibilities
Kevin Brant is a Senior Vice President in JLL’s Tenant Representation group.  He assists clients in reducing the costs and risks associated with their real estate needs.

Kevin ensures that the real estate needs of his clients match the overall goals of the organization through lease negotiation, occupancy needs analysis, disposition, acquisition and strategic consulting.

Kevin primarily represents tenants within the office sector in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and has significant experience with associations and not-for profits, government affairs, and corporations. 

Additionally, Kevin assists with clients that maintain a national real estate portfolio, clients selling or purchasing real estate, and clients seeking to achieve energy and sustainability goals.

9 years with JLL, 11 years in the real estate industry

Kevin has spent his entire career at JLL within the Tenant Representation group, and has held Senior Associate, Assistant Vice President, Vice President and Senior Vice President roles throughout his tenure.

Prior to the merger with JLL, Kevin worked as a tenant rep associate at the Staubach Company. Early in his career, Kevin spent three years working in acquisitions for NVR, Inc., a national real estate firm.
