Current responsibilities
Mason Osborn, AIA, is Vice President of Project and Development Services in JLL’s Mid-Atlantic Region.  He manages the strategic planning, procurement, design and construction process, and related activities of base building and tenant projects for a wide range of high profile commercial clients. His background includes over twenty-three years of architectural, development, and construction management experience in various disciplines of real estate.

As project lead, Mason’s duties include project definition and programming, development and management of project budgets and schedules, change order management, design and construction manager oversight, and project closeout.  His experience and particular skill set typically involve him in unique and complicated projects such as Volkswagen, the Center for Strategic & International Studies, and The Church of Scientology International.
Prior to his work with Staubach and the Jones Lang LaSalle merger, Mason was the project lead at Karchem Properties and the development of The Gallup Building at 901 F Street, NW and 1717 Rhode Island Avenue, NW; two historic building additions and renovations in downtown Washington, DC totaling approximately 300,000 square feet.
