Current responsibilities
Peter Bulgarelli leads JLL's industry focused businesses. This includes managing the integrated services for Life Sciences, Public Institutions and Healthcare.

For Life Sciences, JLL provides integrated facility management services for 100 million square feet and manages $900 million in supply chain expenditures. Our Public Institutions business provides facilities and real estate solutions for the Department of Defense, and federal, state and local governments nationwide.

For Healthcare, JLL supports 341 million sq. ft. of healthcare facilities with 1,500 dedicated healthcare employees. We serve 540 hospitals in dozens of states.

Prior to his current role, Peter served as the Global Account Executive for JLL's Procter & Gamble account, overseeing 690 employees in 80 countries.

The portfolio consisted of 16 million sq. ft. of office and technology space. Under Peter's leadership, JLL received several awards from Procter & Gamble: Outstanding Partner in 2005, Majority Supplier of the Year in 2006, and Supplier of the Year in2008 and 2009, the highest honor.

This prestigious award recognized the critical role JLL played in Procter & Gamble's business, particularly our contributions to innovation, cost management, and productivity improvements.

Prior to his role with Procter & Gamble, Peter was co-president of the firm's Tenant Representation group, which served many Fortune 500 companies including Cisco, Microsoft, Xerox, General Motors and Bank of America by providing the strategic and tactical management of their real estate portfolios.

Peter served as a relationship manager for several of the firm's key clients including Aon, ADP, McDonald's, Towers Perrin, Citigroup, Ernst & Young and BP.

Prior to joining JLL in 1989, Peter was a marketing executive at IBM, focusing on managing teams of marketing representatives, systems engineers, service personnel and administrators. He also managed one of IBM's largest accounts, Allstate Insurance.

Education
He holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management, where he was an Austin Scholar. He holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Illinois, where he received the Ira O. Baker Award.

Affiliations
Peter is the Chicago Board Chair Emeritus for the American Diabetes Association and a member of the Urban Land Institute Healthcare and Life Sciences Council.
