Current responsibilities
Sandra Andersen is a Senior Vice President in the firm’s Leasing and Management division.  Sandra is currently responsible for agency leasing assignments in Broward, Dade and Palm Beach Counties, totaling more than 1,034,993 s.f. of Class A office space, as well as tenant representation for national and regional clients, and business development.

Experience
Sandra has been involved in the commercial real estate business for more than 20 years.  From 1989 to 2001, as Vice President/Director of Leasing for Draper and Kramer, Inc., she was responsible for overseeing the leasing and marketing of over 1 million s.f. of office and retail space and the disposition and sale of over 600,000 s.f. of office and retail space in Broward, Palm Beach and Orange Counties. 

Awards
As well as being honored by the South Florida Business Journal as a finalist in their “Real Estate Deals of the Year” in 2005, Sandra was chosen by the publication as one of twenty of South Florida’s “Heavy Hitters” in commercial real estate. 

Sandra has also consistently been the recipient of CoStar Group’s “Power Broker Award” having ranked among top 20 brokers for leasing transaction volume in both Broward and Miami-Dade Counties.  In 2004 she was selected as one of the Florida Real Estate Journal’s “Top 20 Women In Florida Commercial Real Estate”

Education

Sandra earned her bachelor of arts degree from Lycoming College during which time she participated in the University of Salzburg Study Program in Salzburg, Austria.

Affiliations
Sandra is active in NAIOP, and has served on the board, as well as being very involved in the Fort Lauderdale Downtown Brokers Club for many years.  In 2006 at the annual Americas Meeting, she was presented with the Jones Lang LaSalle Club Award for being Leasing and Management's top revenue producer in the Southeast Division in 2005. 

Sandra is also active in the South Florida Office Brokers Association, Broward Humane Society and the National MS Society.
