Our people

Current Responsibilities

Mr. Taylor is a Senior Vice President for Jones Lang LaSalle, working in the Washington, DC office.  His primary responsibilities include providing portfolio management and advisory services for the Air Force.


Mr. Taylor manages the Air Force’s privatized housing and enhanced use leasing portfolios.  He authors quarterly and annual portfolio reports and the semi-annual Program Evaluation Plan report, and he is responsible for briefing program status and recommendations to the Air Force’s Executive Steering Group and the Office of the Secretary of Defense.  Mr. Taylor also supports the Air Force on restructures and refinances by providing financial modeling services and legal document review. 
During his employment with Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Taylor has supported the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority in evaluating potential development opportunities for its properties and the National Capital Revitalization Corporation in evaluation of proposals for a mixed-use development.


Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Taylor served as a Captain in the Air Force, during which he worked as a Construction Project Engineer and managed more than $100 million in construction projects.  His responsibilities as a Project Manager included preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, conducting design reviews and providing on-site construction management.  Mr. Taylor’s experience provides him with a strong background in portfolio and asset management as well as a technical understanding of real estate and construction projects.

Education and Affiliations

Mr. Taylor earned his M.B.A. with concentrations in finance and marketing from the Whitman School of Business at Syracuse University and his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Syracuse University.  Additionally, he is an Associate Member of the Urban Land Institute and a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
