​Current responsibilities
Nooshin Felsenthal is a Managing Director in JLL’s Chicago office with more than eight years of experience in commercial real estate.

She is primarily responsible for the disposition and recapitalization of office assets located in Chicago and throughout the Midwest United States.

In addition, Nooshin supervises all aspects of the pre-marketing due diligence, underwriting and offering materials production processes. Nooshin has closed approximately $2.5 billion of investment sales transactions in her career.

Prior to joining JLL’s Capital Markets Group, Nooshin worked with JLL’s senior management team where she managed a variety of projects related to mergers and acquisitions, investment hires, compensation programs, organizational design and firm investment strategy.

Prior to that, she worked in JLL’s Corporate Solutions group as a transaction management analyst.

Nooshin received her M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and received a B.B.A. in Finance, Investments and Banking from University of Wisconsin, Madison.
