Our people

Dan Gonzales is a Senior Project Manager with Jones Lang LaSalle’s Project and Development Services group in the Northern California region. He recently completed a number of hospitality projects for our client, Host Hotels & Resorts including a fast-track large renovation of the Marriott Marquis Hotel. His attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to mitigate issues as they arise have made him an integral member of his project teams.

Dan began with Jones Lang LaSalle in 2007 since then he has completed a Rooms Renovation at the SFO Hyatt in Burlingame, the Conceptual Master Plan at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, the Porte Cochere Renovation for the Santa Clara Marriott, various projects at the San Francisco St. Regis, a Ballroom Renovation at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis and is currently working on Moscone Convention Center Renovation.
 
In addition, he has over 3 years of experience in the field of architecture where he worked on a variety of retail, office space tenant improvements, single family residential, and educational projects. Dan also has over a year of experience as a building engineer, property manager, and as an associate project manager.

• Host Hotels & Resorts: Renovation of 792 rooms, suites & offices at the SFO Hyatt in Burlingame, California.
 
• Host Hotels & Resorts: Conceptual Master Plan of the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona.
