As Vice President, Alex Stricker oversees all aspects of projects as either the building owner or client’s representative.  His extensive background working as a commercial General Contractor, Property Manager and Leasing Agent provides the client with the in-depth construction and real estate knowledge needed to deliver a successful project.
 
As a Variable Project Manager, Alex is currently managing multiple capital improvement and tenant improvement projects, overseeing LEED certification on several office buildings, and coordinating the entitlements and government approvals for ground-up development projects.  His projects are located throughout Northern California, from Reno to the San Francisco Bay Area, to Fresno.

Immediately prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Alex oversaw the renovation of a large, fully-occupied Sacramento office complex while also performing the duties of Property Manager and Leasing Agent for the complex.
 
As a Contractor, he has worked on a variety of project types (including hard-bid & negotiated): hospitals (OSHPD), office, industrial, legal, residential, transportation, communications and technology. Project sizes ranged from small tenant improvements to multi-million dollar, high-profile facilities.
