Our people

Alex Holton is a Vice President responsible for infrastructure renovations and office tenant improvement projects in San Francisco and the greater Bay Area.  He is the Team Lead for the Northern California Tenant Representation team within the Project and Development Services group, overseeing the project management services for corporate occupiers in the greater Bay Area.

He was formerly the Team Lead for the Landlord Representation team and oversaw the construction efforts for an 8.9M square foot portfolio.  He is adept at understanding and accomplishing his client’s goals and has a track record of very high client satisfaction. Alex has been with the firm for over eight years and has managed hundreds of projects for clients such as Morgan Stanley Real Estate Advisors, Equity Office Properties, LaSalle Investment Management, The Paramount Group and Archon Group.  Also, as a LEED® Accredited Professional, he oversees the LEED and sustainability consulting services in the Northern California region and manages much of the work personally.

Alex has extensive experience in managing interior and capital improvement projects in the Bay Area including at such properties as One Front St., San Francisco; One Market Plaza, San Francisco; 225 Bush Street, San Francisco and 201 Mission Street, San Francisco among others.  His team oversees an annual average of $30 Million in project costs for institutional investors in the Bay Area.  Before transitioning into the Project and Development Services group, he spent his first few years with the firm as a Property Manager for a number of Jones Lang LaSalle managed properties in the Bay Area.  His experience in property management has directly translated into his effectiveness in anticipating and meeting both landlord and tenant goals in the execution of their projects. Prior to joining the firm, Alex had a number of years experience in the woodworking and construction industry and instructed for the architectural woodshop at UC Berkeley.
