Current Responsibilities
Ms. Gonzalez is Executive Vice President of Operations for Retail Brokerage at JLL. Her primary responsibilities include developing and executing the operations aspects of the businesses annual plan.  Ms. Gonzalez serves as a liaison to the Local Markets, driving programs that leverage and improve productivity and expand capacity at all levels in the Retail Brokerage business. Ms. Gonzalez is involved in spearheading the development of technology tools to support the retail brokerage efforts as well as coordinating with operations regarding the development and implementation of brokerage processes and procedures.


Prior to promotion to Executive Vice President of Operations, Retail Brokerage, Ms. Gonzalez served as Vice President of Marketing and prior to that as Vice President of Operations for JLL's Retail Tenant Representation group. Her responsibilities included working closely with the transaction and senior management teams to create business efficiencies and implement best practices across client accounts. Additionally, she assisted with managing infrastructure functions including process management, technology initiatives, training needs and oversight of the support staff.
Ms. Gonzalez has over nineteen years of project management experience for major retail clients specializing in the wireless industry.  In addition to her project management experience, Ms. Gonzalez’s core competencies include project tracking and organization, leadership, strategic planning, forecasting and process development and implementation.

Her additional experience includes working as an Independent Contractor supporting T-Mobile’s retail expansion efforts, which included their acquisitions of Aerial Communications, OmniPoint Communications, Powertel and VoiceStream Wireless.

Education and Affiliations
Ms. Gonzalez holds a bachelor of arts degree in management and finance from Southeastern Louisiana University.  She is a LEED Green Associate.
