​Current Responsibilities

Based in San Diego, Craig is the Retail Market Lead for the Southwest and Northwest. He is responsible for the oversight of all operational functions and collaborates with clients and client service teams to develop and implement strategies, which maximize asset value. Additionally, Craig is involved in business development and relationship management for investor and occupier clients seeking retail services in the West. Craig possesses strong knowledge of all aspects of retail including agency leasing, tenant representation, management, marketing and operations. 

Experience 

Craig has been a senior retail executive in the shopping center industry for more than 25 years. He has overseen all aspects of a retailer's new store roll-out process including concept analysis and customer identification, store criteria and profitability analysis, and project and facilities management. He has been directly involved in the high growth new store rollouts for:

  • Blockbuster Video,  1992 -1994, 150 new locations

  • Crown Books & Trak Auto,  1994 - 1998, 125 new locations

  • AMC Theatres, 1998 – 2002, 15 new locations

  • Bank of America*,  2003 -2010, 700 new locations

Prior to joining JLL, Craig served as the West Coast Regional Vice President at American Multi Cinema, Inc. (AMC Theatres).

Education and Affiliations

Craig holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from San Diego State University.  He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).  He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of California.
