Current ResponsibilitiesKeith Largay is a Managing Director for Capital Markets in Chicago, IL, part of the Real Estate Investment Banking team. Keith advises institutional and private real estate owners in the capitalization of their properties and executes equity and debt financing solutions.
Keith has been directly involved in the placement of over $8 billion in real estate financings. His financing experience includes all major property types including office, multi-family, retail, industrial, hospitality, and condominiums. His product knowledge is similarly widespread having completed transactions including first mortgages, construction loans, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, B-Notes, and structuring joint ventures.
