Career Summary    
Mr. Inglis, is a Senior Vice President in the firm’s Capital Markets Group specializing in Multifamily. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Inglis worked as an associate with CTS Capital Advisors, a Bethesda, MD based financial due diligence firm specializing in entertainment, healthcare, gaming, and other industries.  While with CTS, Mr. Inglis was responsible for the comprehensive financial analysis of various companies which included the preparation of pro forma financial statements summarizing items of interest to debt and equity investors, as well as summarizing and quantifying non-recurring or unusual transactions.

Prior to his time with CTS, Mr. Inglis was a senior auditor in Ernst & Young Real Estate Audit group, where he specialized in the audit of various domestic and international real estate companies including Westfield America, Inc., Lowe Enterprises, and Arden Realty Inc., among others. Mr. Inglis also worked at IndyMac Bank, FSB, a hybrid thrift/mortgage bank based in Pasadena, CA.  Mr. Inglis worked as a accounting and finance intern and was responsible for the reconciliation of daily loan balances and contributed to monthly financial updates for departmental executives in the construction lending department.    
Education and Affiliations    
Mr. Inglis received his Masters and Bachelors of Science degrees in Accounting from the University of Southern California in 2003 and 2002, respectively. Mr. Inglis is licensed as a certified public accountant (CPA) in the state of California, and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California. Mr. Inglis holds the designation of a CFA charterholder.
