Current responsibilities
Thomas B. DiMicelli joined JLL's Brokerage and Industrial Services Group as a Senior Vice President, National Director in January 2011.

Tom is a 30-year expert in the Long Island commercial real estate market who is based out of the firm’s Long Island office in Melville, N.Y. He focuses on sales and leasing of industrial and R & D properties throughout Long Island.  D

uring his career, he has completed in excess of 10 million square feet of sales and leasing transactions on behalf of landlords and occupiers.

Experience 
Tom has successfully negotiated hundreds of sale and lease transactions for local, national, and Fortune 500 companies and investors and owners. 

Several of his clients include such distinguished firms as Time Equities, Inc., The Luxottica Group, Maurice Villency, Inc. and Restaurant Depot.

Tom was a Senior Director and Partner at Corporate National Realty, LLC for the previous 20 years and received the “Salesman of the Year” award nine times during this period.

Awards
During his career, Tom has been a two time recipient of Long Island’s “Most Ingenious Deal Of The Year Award”. 

He received his first award for the sale of the former Northrop Grumman headquarters facility in Holtsville, NY to Symbol Technologies, Inc. (now Motorola).

He was also a  member of the team that successfully sold the 179,000 square foot former Bristol Myers Squibb facility in Garden City, N.Y. 

Education 
Tom is a graduate of Rutgers College with a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communications.
