Current responsibilities
Mr. Steve Steinberg has over 26 years of experience in the marketing of commercial real estate. He specializes in the strategy and execution of integrated branding programs for property that include advertising, public relations, collateral systems, audio visual presentations, web and e-based marketing, social media, displays, sales support material, marketing centers, environmental graphics, special events, proposals, and sales and leasing packages.

Experience
Mr. Steinberg’s current and recent assignments include:
  • 99 High, Boston, MA: Directing the branding campaign of this iconic Boston office and retail building through a far reaching capital improvements program.
  • One Post Office Square, Boston, MA: Directing the rebranding of this premier 830,000 square-foot office tower during a major capital improvements program.
  • One Twenty Five High Street, Boston, MA: Directed a successful marketing campaign for pre-leasing, leasing, tenant retention, and community relations at this signature 1.5 million-square-foot, first-class office tower in Boston's Financial District. One Twenty Five High Street is a winner of the Building Owners and Managers Association's Office Building of the Year Award, and the Publicity Club of New England's Super Bell Award for the "Kids Building Boston" education program.
  • NorthPoint, Cambridge, MA: Directing a diversified marketing plan for the pre-leasing of commercial space and condominium sales at this new 5.2 million-square-foot urban community spanning 19 city blocks. NorthPoint is the largest development of its kind in New England.
  • Fan Pier, Boston, MA: Directed a pre-construction marketing plan, including public relations and community outreach, for this 3 million-square-foot mixed-use development on the South Boston Waterfront.
  • Seaport Place, Boston, MA: Managing the successful marketing for the pre-leasing and leasing of these two office towers.
  • Network Drive at Northwest Park, Burlington, MA: Planned and executed a diversified marketing program for this 1.4 million-square-foot business campus, one of the largest first class office parks in Greater Boston.

In addition to his client responsibilities, Mr. Steinberg directs Jones Lang LaSalle's corporate marketing, media relations activities, and the marketing of its Life Sciences practice.

Prior Experience
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Steinberg was the Vice President of Communications with the real estate firm Meredith & Grew. He was also an Account Supervisor for one of New England's largest advertising agencies.
