Current responsibilities
Mr. Worthington is currently in the process of managing a large interior high rise project for Ally Financial in Detroit, Michigan. In his role as Senior Project Manager, Mr. Worthington is responsible for the day to day activities between the Client, Architect and General Contractor and Landlord for tenant interiors and build-to-suit projects. Specifically, he ensures that the scope of work is completed within budget and schedule. In addition, Mr. Worthington handles full scope of activities from site selection and lease negotiation through financial close out.

Mr. Worthington recently completed a 121,700 SF adaptive reuse of a historic structure into an award winning cool workplace for Lowe Campbell Ewald. During his 14 years of experience with JLL, he has also completed projects for Merck, Orchards Children's Services, Whirlpool, CVS Pharmacy, National City Bank, GSA, Christ Church Detroit, General Dynamics, and Ford Motor Company.
Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Worthington was a Project Manager for Navy Federal Credit Union.  In this role, Mr. Worthington was responsible for comprehensive facility services for 24 branch offices and 75 stand-alone ATM's.  Specific accomplishments included: renovations of branch offices, installation and construction of space for stand-alone ATM's, furniture requisition, budget development for operations and establishing a framework for an in-house CAFM system.

Education and affiliations
Mr. Worthington holds an associate degree in architectural technology and a bachelor's degree in facilities management from Ferris State University. Mr. Worthington is a LEED Accredited Professional.
