Current responsibilitiesConnie O’Murray is a Vice President for JLL’s Property Management business line where she oversees operations for a portfolio of office properties throughout the Denver metro area, including the CBD. She is a LEED Accredited Professional and is passionate about Denver as a sustainable city, both as a place to work, as well as a place to play. Connie is active in numerous professional associations, having served as 2011 President of the Denver Metro Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). She currently serves on the Downtown Denver Business Improvement District Board.
Connie has a passion for sustainability, reflected in her leadership role on JLL’s Corporate Social Responsibility team and as a sustainability leader as part of the national Green Lights program. In addition, she is considered an internal subject matter expert in Stark Law for property managers.
ExperienceConnie has over 20 years in the commercial real estate industry, with experience in office, healthcare, industrial, retail and mixed use properties. Her expertise and bottom-line focus has resulted in repositioning and value enhancement of underperforming assets. In addition, her relationship-based, hands-on approach to management has produced a high level of tenant retention and exceptional performance by vendors and contractors. Prior to joining JLL, Connie managed various office, industrial and retail properties throughout Colorado and Arizona.
Education and affiliationsConnie attended the University of Colorado. She is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker, a LEED Accredited Professional and recently attained her Green Globes Professional certification from the Green Building Initiative (GBI). She regularly writes articles for the Colorado Real Estate Journal and instructs classes for BOMA’s RPA and FMA programs.
