Current responsibilities
A. Mitti Liebersohn has been active in the real estate industry for over 30 years and is recognized nationally as one of the real estate industry’s most productive Broker/Consultant. He has been instrumental in assisting many of the nation’s premier corporations in the negotiation of  their  more  complex leasing  transactions  and  the  strategic development & implementation  of portfolio leasing strategies on a national basis.

He has and is currently overseeing numerous national account portfolios including New York Life, Insurance, AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company, Deloitte LLP, HQ Global, Playboy Enterprises and Watson Pharmaceutical.

Mr. Liebersohn has represented many of the nation's most prolific office space occupiers in real estate transactions totaling in excess of 20,000,000 square feet.

Mr. Liebersohn provides his clients with significant experience and knowledge of portfolio management and strategy implementation, while being keenly sensitive to the operational  needs of the local and regional business units.

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle in 2011, Mr. Liebersohn had been named one of the top 20 brokers at Cushman & Wakefield internationally for 15 consecutive years.

He is frequently quoted in many of the nation's more widely read trade publications including The Real Estate Forum, New York Real Estate Journal and Commercial Property News and has been an Adjunct Professor of New York University teaching the Commercial Leasing curriculum.

Mr. Liebersohn was honored in 1995 to be the Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association of New York and was the recipient of their prestigious 1997 Young Real Estate Man of the Year Award by the Real Estate Board of New York. Mr. Liebersohn currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Steven L. Newman Real Estate Institute of Baruch College, the Board of Directors of the Comfort Zone, Ganley Foundation and is currently the Chairman's Council of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Metro New York, Inc.
